A Perfect Pairing

Our Menu is coming soon

We are working to finalize the food menu and it will be posted here in the not too distant future.

Rest assured, there will be great food and even better company

We have cultivated a wine list to appeal to people of many palettes.  If the table wine does not appeal, there will be more options at the bar.

Tempranillo + petit verdot

Table Red Wine:

Tempranillo and Petit Verdot from Spain. Tasting Notes: Cherry colour and a violet rim at first sight. The bouquet combines spices and coffee aromas. On the palate it is complex and harmonious, with velvet tannins and long finish.

Vinho verde

Table White Wine:

Vinho Verde from Portugal.

Pale colour with a light effervescence. Delicate yeasty notes, with lemon/lime, herbal, floral and nutty aromas and flavours. Dry, crisp and fresh with a clean finish. Low in alcohol and quite refreshing

Rose

Bar Rose

Rose from See Ya Later Ranch in Okanogan Falls, British Columbia.  Medium pink colour with aromas and flavours of strawberry, rhubarb, cherry and a bright, citrusyfinish. This acid is perfectly balanced making each sip as refreshing as the last.
